Paul Carroll
Chairman & CEO
Paul's career spans more than 30 years. A technology-focused serial entrepreneur since 1996, he has built and advised businesses across FinTech, e-commerce, telecommunications, music sync, royalty collection and data.
Since 2002 his focus has been public markets assisting companies onto the world's main stages. Today he is pursuing listings across AI, satellite and quantum computing, and real-world-asset tokenization.

John Croft
Non-Executive Chairman
John Croft is an experienced chairman and non-executive director of both public and private companies. He previously had a successful international career in the technology and financial services sectors.
John has been the Executive Chairman, and is a member of the Audit Committee of Jade Road Investments Limited, an investment company listed on the London AIM market, and has extensive experience in Asia, having served on the boards of companies based in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Australia.
He became a non-executive director at Brazilian Nickel Plc in 2017, which is developing a Nickel Laterite project in Northeast Brazil and has been a non-executive director at Golden Rock Global Ltd. a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) quoted with a Standard Listing from 2016.
He has previously held senior director level positions in Racal Electronics (1990 to 1996) and NCR Corporation (1979 to 1989), following an early career in banking with HSBC (1972 to 1977) and Citibank (1977 to 1979). He resides in the United Kingdom.

Vivian (Viv) Anderson MBE

Viv’s distinguished career covers more than 30 years of business and commercial exposure, traversing diverse markets including sport, finance, logistics, hospitality and consulting.
More recently Viv was retained as advisor to the board at Golden Rock Global PLC and is a Global Ambassador for GAC Logistics, one of the world’s largest providers of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services.
Viv is the Founder and CEO of PlayOnPro, a network and technology platform that connects elite sports professionals with fans and supports players in their transition from professional careers into alternative business ventures.
Viv Anderson is widely acclaimed as the first black player to represent England in a senior international football match, making his debut in 1978 against Czechoslovakia.
His groundbreaking appearance paved the way for future generations of black footballers in English football. Viv earned 30 caps for England, appearing in two World Cup squads.

James is a digital media professional with over 20 years of experience delivering successful media and IR strategies across both public and private markets.
He has worked extensively on supporting private companies transition to the public stage, focusing on growth and digital development.
With a degree in Marketing, James combines strong commercial insight with a practical, results-focused approach.
His specialist areas at InterBlock include public market website readiness and digital strategy.
