The project

The State Government of Pahang has awarded Gading Group Berhad — through its SPV, Pahang Aerospace City Development Berhad — the development of more than 11,328 acres of land in Kuantan.

Southeast Asia’s new digital economy engine.

AI hyperscale data centre

Southeast Asia’s new digital economy engine.

At the heart of PAC is an AI hyperscale data centre, digital infrastructure platform and AI technology park — targeting 300 MW+ of IT load for large-scale AI training and inference, powered by wind and solar energy with immersion cooling and a target PUE below 1.2.

Air, rail, sea and road — connected.

Strategic location

Air, rail, sea and road — connected.

PAC sits beside Kuantan International Airport, around 30 minutes from Kuantan city centre and 35 minutes from Kuantan Port. The 665 km East Coast Rail Link, expected to be fully operational by late 2026, links Kuantan Port to the Strait of Malacca — with PAC as a core hub.
